Good morning all,

I agree with the conclusions.  We just need to add the detail to the
description.  However, I believe the top hat changed at some point and we
just forgot.  Probably the reason is because we could add more complex
elements in the horizontal portion.  I wonder now if we took it  from
FAI-f3a.  Looks like we need to do a little more research and it will be
good to check FAI-f3a rulebook to make sure we are on the same page.
