[NSRCA-dist8] Contests

D-8 pilot,

Just received word from Bill Bowen that the Richland club has found it
necessary to cancel their pattern contest. The Tri Cities area is still
wrestling with some Phase One issues and they felt abundance of caution was
the appropriate route to take.

This leaves us with two contests remaining on our calendar, Molalla and
Medford. As emphasized before, help out our CD's by registering for the
contests on the D-8 web site.
They are faced with many more logistical issues in staging the contests.

Also, I was remiss in not mentioning this previously. With the conditions
as fluid and challenging as they are the CD's agreed that the Medford
contest *will not* be classified as a district championship contest this
year.
