Circumstances allowed me to fly today with a caller, so I stumbled through
the new masters sequence a couple of times. I like it, some different stuff
and some easier stuff.

#2 - The clover needs to be big to offer room for the horizontal roll. Start
the first R about where we started the current 'M'.
#3 - Full roll up w-2 of 4 down, not a problem.
#4 - Reverse slow rolls seams easier than either the 3-R reversed or 4 of 8
/ slow roll combination we currently fly, just start far enough out to have
room.
#5 - 2 point half square, not a problem.
#6 - 'Z' with w-2 of 4 is a welcome new addition. Here is where I start
talking about "Standard Radiuses". Assuming a Base to Top line altitude =
1R, the 'Z' should probably have a 1/4 to 1/3 R.
#7 - Humpty w-option, not a problem.
#8 - Triangle loop with 1/2 Rolls, fun maneuver. Again small R works well.
#9 - Stall turn w-2 of 4 up / 4 pt down. Take it all the way to Top altitude
and use the whole box.
#10 - Top hat w-2 of 4 U & D & negative snap on the top. Start plenty soon
and don't linger on the up line before rolling or the top will be short. I
needed to use horizontal flight power and may need to tweak the curve some
to get a consistent snap. Snap finish is the same as our current triangle 1
1/2 snap to inverted.
#11 - Humpty Bump w- 3/4 U & 1/4 D easy but needs the 1/4 roll away from
center to finish inverted.
#12 - 8 Sided loop, not a problem.
#13 - Full roll / half outside loop. Make this go all the way to Top
altitude; it will be needed for the next turnaround.
#14 - Rev-Cuban w- 1 1/2 snap and 4 of 8. The snap is nearly identical as
the top of the current triangle, easier than expected.
#15 - Figure '6' w-1/2 roll D. This is where we need the full height (Top -
Bottom). The radiuses need to be 1/2 R leaving a line length of 1 R to
squeeze in 2 short lines and a half roll; don't linger before rolling. Be
sure the bottom 3/4 outside loop takes you back to mid altitude, its needed
on the next turnaround.
#16 - Reverse knife-edge with a 1/4 roll to inverted finish. Old habits are
hard to brake and I need to focus on which way to roll for the inverted
finish.
#17 - 3/4 '8' Not a problem 1/2 R's touch the bottom and finish at top
altitude.
#18 - Now I get another chance to learn how to count. 2 1/2 turn spin w-2 of
4 exit. Not a problem for those who can count.

K-Factor is 1 less and it seams easier to fly than that. Its fun to fly!
Makes me want to go out every day again.
For what its worth!
Jim
