[NSRCA-dist8] Judging question

Mike,

Good question, I am not sure I understand all the details but here is what I would do; if you only crossed center line one time then the center maneuver (square loop) is zeroed and I would start judging the turn around at the straight line entry to the maneuver, if your heading out at 14 degrees in the entry then I would downgrade a point per 15 degrees or 3 points right from the get go.
