[NSRCA-dist8] Soft Mount

The Plettenberg motor in my Impact was mounted like that...  except no 
nose ring, of course.   Each of the three mounting holes in the firewall had
rubber grommets...  a washer placed on both sides of the grommet and a bolt
screwed through them into the back of the motor.  I'm not sure that it actually
needed that, but it worked fine, and had no problems whatsoever.
