[NSRCA-dist7] Contest conflicts

Wow.. I feel somewhat attacked.. 

Constructive? lol.. Too funny.. Not sure why you are taking this out on me..I love Arvin.. Never said a negative word about it. I love the field.. Not sure why you are trying to put that on me Tony.. But here's my response cuz apparently you want one.... 
I live in the valley Tony, do you think I don't fly in the heat? Or do you think the heat only happens down there? I live in the same valley as Arvin (3 hours north) .. Heck, if you remember, I used to live down there also. So do you quit flying during those months? lol.. I doubt it.  I used to fly in it.. Heck, I don't don't care what the temp, I'm flying, and attending contests..  Hell, I'm holding Oakdale just before July.. I'm guessing 100 degrees.. But people will show.. I have no doubt.. They love the field and the contest. Plus I'll buy shades if I have to.. And I am planning on buying the soda's and waters.. Contests can happen in the heat.. The CD just has to make them happen.. 

Hope I'm taking this wrong and that you aren't attacking me.. Just feels that way.. 

Hope the weather down there is better than here!

Kris,

Very constructive reply. It's good to see that the club that has hosted the District Championships for the last several years is so worthy of your support.

Do you have any idea why there are no contests in July, August and September in SoCal? Do you want to go to a contest with 95 to 100 degree days? That's why. 

I have asked for input on when to hold the Arvin contest and I have received no responses. You asked for an explanation on why we picked the date and I gave you one. In my opinion, my case has been made with Derek's "I'll take my ball home" response. Who really has been the inflexible one here?
