[NSRCA-discussion] Judge Certification now available

The new 2024 / 2025 Judge Certification is now available to download, review and then take the online quizzes. 

Remember that we are using F3A rules for all classes starting in 2024. Takeoff and landing are still judged for AMA classes as well as callouts for takeoff and box entries. The judge certification material details the changes and also provides a summary of the rules and also includes the rule books. 

If you are an NSRCA member the judge certification is free.  If you are not a member then the certification costs $5.
