Roger that.   It's good to have friends with bad experiences....now I do too!  Those are all good reasons to suffer another oz. of weight.  I was thinking about taking out the battery when it became necessary to relocate it.  Now, I think it'll be staying.

Tim, You absolutely have to have a backup for any number of reasons.  You could eject the battery doing a snaproll, the ESC could disarm due to a faulty solder job on the Deans, the ESC could catch on fire or the HK battery wiring could fail.  This all happened to me, I mean a friend, not to me. :)
