Some of your points are correct but somehow you're missing the fact that
the BoD is reaching out to as many as can be reached.  The goal here is to
have people sign up on the website, not to be members of the NSRCA,
although preferable, but to have a database of emails so that they can be
sent the survey. You don't have to be a member to sign up on the site.
That's the whole thing. They said they're trying to reach out to all
including the forums but yet that's not good enough. I don't get it.
