Hey All,

We took this offline briefly to resolve, but my statement below was essentially accurate.  Team Trial location has NOT been set, but will be shortly.  Akron MAY still be the team trial, but only if a smaller, more suitable venue is not proposed by tomorrow.   Expectations are for that to happen, but we won’t know for a few days.

That’s currently unknown.  It’s my understanding that the committee has until tomorrow to receive formal bids for the team trials.  It’s also my understanding that a bid IS being prepared for another venue.

Akron/NEF has not to my knowledge submitted a bid.  It will be used for the team trials by default by the committee if no other viable bid is submitted, but if another formal bid is submitted I expect it would be accepted.
