Thats true dave ... But ... The way i read the the maneuver or remember reading it.. It stats a specific element for second 45 line .. So it may be interpreted that it is not a continuation of the stated element in the first 45... 
But i put the cobra right up there with integrated rollers .. So IDGAF because my opinion seems to be of a minority nature😎
