[NSRCA-discussion] Cobra rolls

Dave,
There are two independent rolls each 4of8 in two separate 45 degree legs.
Unless specifically stated otherwise they can each be either direction.
To assume a requirement of the same direction would be the same as 
assuming all the roll elements in the square loop have to be the same 
direction.
