[NSRCA-discussion] Cobra rolls

"Loop" equals 360 degrees.  Would not "roll" also equal 360 degrees?
In AMA, 2 point roll, 4 point roll, and 8 point roll all convey a full rotation with no change in direction. 
Unless AMA adopts the FAI style of describing rolls, it seems a roll should be a roll?

Just looked at the maneuver description, and it doesn't specify roll direction.
