[NSRCA-discussion] Hacker C-50 phenolic gluing

I have used medium CA and it holds for a while, but BVM Aeropoxy type glue will essentially give you a permanent fix.  Just a thin film (to avoid imbalance) and position in the existing glue joints.

As Bob points out the ring probably does not matter.
