[NSRCA-discussion] FAA Registration begins December 21

Peter,

Actually, if you're not a US citizen, you have to do it by paper and snail
mail.  Only US Citizens can use the website so if you fly in the US,
according to the FAA, you still must register and cannot fly unregistered
here.  I believe Rex pointed out why that'd be a pain.
