[NSRCA-discussion] F3aUnlimited announcement

I'm a software engineer who works mostly in the cloud, I have yet to see a site launch (whether I was involved or not) go perfectly. No matter how much testing we do in a stage environment, etc. stuff happens. When I visited your site on the first day it was live, things were slow, but I was still able to place the order I needed, and stuff was still shipped promptly and arrived safe.
Sounds like you had some issues to deal with on the back end that we, your customers, were neatly unaware of. That's kudos to you and Anna!
Over the past couple of weeks the site has really improved dramatically!  Well done to your new team.
Doing business with F3AUnlimited remains a great pleasure!
