No matter how much testing we do in a stage environment, etc. stuff happens. When I visited your site on the first day it was live, things were slow, but I was still able to place the order I needed, and stuff was still shipped promptly and arrived safe.</div><div><br /></div><div>Sounds like you had some issues to deal with on the back end that we, your customers, were neatly unaware of.
