It just occurred to me that you may be able to use a DXF file of the Eflite-160, attached. My CAD system (ME-10) converts to DXF but I have no way of checking it.

With A50-16S that I have in my Sebart Miss Winds I run 6s with a 17x10 with 70'ish Amps.....never did check the RPM I just when with the speed/presentation I wanted.....I did find the model too fast for me with a 16x12 and lacking in the vertical.

Larry,
A50-16S is a 6S motor with 365kv.
Is he really running the motor with 8S ?
It may spinn too fast even with 15 inch diameter

Above link to hacker shows 16 & 17 inch props on 6S. Most runs the motor with 17 or 18 inch prop on 6S.

It will be a rocket to start with. I don't know if our electric props can handle more than 8000rpm.

Check with APC. They know the maximum RPM on E Props.
My suggestion is to go 6S and run 17 or 18 inch props.

Subject: [NSRCA-discussion] Prop Recommendations???

Trying to help a new friend that flew pattern many moons ago in the Chicago area. He tracked me down at my home field... He is now a young 67 years young... Very humbling and very cool !!!!!!!

I'm new to electrics and don't want to give bad info...

What is the recommended prop for this set up:

Airframe - 3D Hobbies Vyper
Motor - Hacker 50 16s.
ESC - CC 100A w/ 20A BEC
Battery Config - two 4s Lipo in series 5000mAh (29.6V)

I don't know the "C" ratings of his baterries. I'm trying to find out...

I know nothing about Hacker motors...
