The bushings are very thin and soft...after the first install, they crush to fit like the crush sleeve in an auto rearend. It'll fit tight from then on.

hate to see errors. I don't know where you got 7.66 mm.

..3125" A good conversion factor is 25.4. 

.3125 x
25.4 = 7.9375.

8 mm /
25.4 = .3149 5/16 is only .0025" over 5/16. Try the bushing Rex mentioned
yesterday.

I've found lots of bushings to adjust an APC prop hub to a smaller shaft, but I
haven't found anything that seems like it would work with the Q60's 5mm bolt
shaft...  looking for ideas...
