OK.  Have you looked at these two articles?  Have you checked your
URLs to make sure that "www" is not in them?

It is clearly not a universal problem.  I was able to both
read and post to the forum while logged in.  If we can find
out what is different between your setup and mine, we may
be able to help others who want to both read and post.
