[NSRCA-discussion] Problems logging in to NSRCA Web Forum

  I am having the same problem, when I go to the forum it shows that I am 
login, but I have to log out to read them.,
I cannot post to the forum and should I be able to down load some of the 
K-factors.
It is no big deal, as long as I can read the forum,
Just wanted to let you all know
