Eneloops are great cells fro a TX, but they are not magic in that under
use they will not "last" longer than most other NiMH cells. What makes
them great is they act like lipos in that you can charge them and forget
them. They hold 95% at 6 months and 85% at a year sitting on the shelf.
I use them in my 6EX and 3PM transmitters. I also use them in a couple
of gasoline racing boats for the RX packs (2 servos) and they are fine
there too.
