I do the same. Copied it from Earl. Very simple works great.

I use a simple Velcro strap, about 6" long, added to the TX strap (through
the plastic "adjustment loop" & taped). A small Velcro sticky back pad is
affixed to the bottom of the TX case. Unobtrusive & easy to use.

Verne,

I did not use the device that was shown in the link - I used a similar
device starting early this year and after about 5 months of use I picked up
my TX to clip the TX strap onto the device and the entire device pulled the
TX clip attachment and bolt from the TX case. Any device which changes the
angle of attachment will put a strain on the TX attachment clip and I am
sure that it will fail at some point.

I had to have a brand new face plate put on my 14MZ... thanks to Hobbico for
getting it done quickly.

Hi Mike,
Sounds like your warning is coming from experience. Care to elaborate? I've
been using mine for over a season without a problem, but it would be handy
to know what to avoid if there's a problem.

Thanks!
Verne

Be careful in using it. It will break your tx casing if abused.

Hi Jerry,

Here's the link for what you need, I've been using it for over a year and it
works great - perfect balance.

Has anyone made or found a manufactured devise that will fit on the Fataba
14 MZ that will improve the balance, (CG) better when using the 2.4 antenna?

 Thanks
