[NSRCA-discussion] 14MZ encoders

Yes the 12Z has the same encoders as the 14Mz. I just had mine replaced for 
free during the annual checkup. Mine had the "old" blue ones and it was 
about 2 or 3 years old. It just started showing signs of problems.
