[NSRCA-discussion] Futaba 9VAP reset

I have a Futaba 9VAP that I am putting on Ebay for a friend.  (not 
trying to sell it here :) )
He set a code so that the user name can not be changed but has no clue 
of what it is. 

Does anyone know of way to reset it or to access the service menu to 
retrieve it like you can in the 9Z's
