The intent is to NOT change the schedules every year... just to give us more
flexibility in changing our rules.

OK guys if you are going to change the schedules every year you need to
change the current mandatory advancement system as well so competitors
aren't advanced prematurely. But we kind of have that problem now.

The AMA has indicated to us that this will be considered - it will
definitely be a rules proposal if everyone agrees.
