[NSRCA-discussion] Electronic versus Paper K-Factor Poll

Bear in mind that if one has a buyers guide then one has to have
advertisers. It is VERY hard to keep, let alone get, new advertisers and
this buyers guide has to be done way in advance (at least 18 months
planning) to allow for potential advertisers to line up their budgets, etc.
It's not such a slam dunk affair.

Bob also mentioned having construction articles, building techiques, reviews
etc... Getting people to do this is also VERY hard work. We'll solicit for
articles for months and we'll receive one or two.

I really don't want to complicate things with this... Giving people a choice
is easy for us to do and easy for the publisher.

Huge Vote with Bob on this. Quarterly with a great issue would satiate my
need for a printed edition, and I could still get all the cotest reports and
local photos online.

OooooohH ... Buyer's Guide ... I'm all a-titter with anticipation.
Seriously, that's one of the best legacy's our friend Eric Hawkinson left us
with. Hasn't been one like it since.
