[NSRCA-discussion] Question for Integral drivers running glow

Ed,
If you use ball links or ball bearing links, wear won't be an issue. I flew my first Integral all last year with no service needed using ball links. I basically just duplicated Andrew's setup. I've read claims that off-setting a ball link on a phenolic horn is a bad idea and I understand the logic, but it really hasn't been an issue. I've probably got a few hundred flights on mine and Andrew has thousands on his. I'm currently building my second Integral and plan to set it up the same way. I'm using the Nelson ball links which used to be Rocket City. Hangar 9 ball links are just as good. Hope this helps.

Subject: [NSRCA-discussion] Question for Integral drivers running glow

I'm debating whether to use the elevator control horns that are provided with the Integral. The concern is that the holes will wear due to oil & grit getting in there. It might be better to go with a system where I can replace the control arm portion when necessary. What does experience in the field say?

  Thanks
  Ed
