[NSRCA-discussion] JR 9303 mode 2 to mode 4

 From what Iunderstand, JR service does no physically alter the 
X-9303s.  It appears to be a software change, but they insist THEY do 
it.  On the PCM 10X, a couple of us have code to make the 
change.  However, that stuff is not available for the 9303.  It cost 
my fried NOTHING for JR to make the change, but he had to send it in 
for them to do it.  We were at the field yesterday,practicing, but we 
forgot to try the Mode 4/Mode 1 buddy box system.  We will do it 
tomorrow - Saturday -- for sure.
