[NSRCA-discussion] Let us bicker about who can use the list

The Nats are not an NSRCA event. The Nats are an AMA event.
I expect most of those who work so hard at the Nats are members of both AMA 
and NSRCA it is important that we not lose track of who pays what bills and 
who provides what resources...
