Ron:
This is due to the elevator stick pot being slightly out of alignment.  It
will have to be serviced to fix this problem.

OK.  I caved and went with ailevator.  I nulled out the aileron  
inputs and everything works as it should, EXCEPT I'm still getting a  
small neutral shift on both elevators (same direction) when moving  
the elevator dual rate switch.
