I have the brake off--but it probably would.  So far--about 7 flights, I've been running around 22-2400mas on P-09.  Tonite, I'm going to try to keep it out where I've been flying my other stuff and see where I end up in usage.  Been running a 19/10--may try an 18/12 tonite also.  I think it would (could) be competitive once I get it trimmed--for P-09--but probably not for F-09.
