[NSRCA-discussion] Method of mounting wheel pants

There is no simpler and easy to use system than what Bob Pastorello shows on
his site. This system allows you to change the wheels without taking the
pant off or humbling with tiny pieces. I tried the nmp axles and found them
lacking.
