If I case that you are at the field and you are missing your precision gage, just use a piece of paper.  I believe that you will get a little less of 0.1mm so is close to Ihncheol recommendation.

Almost all 4-stroke engines have the same valve clearance.
YS recommends 0.04mm ~ 0.1mm  
I usually set them at 0.07mm
