Vincente,

The 8411, 8411sa, and 8231 use the same gear ratio.  If you buy the 8411sa gearset, it includes a metal output gear (more expensive) whereas the 8231 is all nylon (cheaper).

What is the difference between the 8231 (that Dave Lockhart mentioned before) and the 8411SA gears?  Probably they are the same.
