[NSRCA-discussion] List rules... ??

Del is correct. This policy is on the NSRCA Website:

http://nsrca.org/discussionA.htm

It states, "A word on netiquette. These messages are going to be viewed by a
lot of people. Please keep the topics to that of interest to pattern
competitors. We don't want to create more spam out there! Using this list
for commercial purposes is prohibited. If you are an individual (or acting
as such) and want to sell your plane, fine. If you are a dealer, well, it's
not fair to use this list. (Contact the ad manager at the NSRCA News Letter
for a better way.)"

Now for Ihncheol Park...I have talked with him through e-mail and read many
of his post. I strongly believe him when he says that he wouldn't have done
it if he'd known.

With that said there is a balance. We don't want this list filled with sale
items from suppliers or hobby shops. On the other hand, most would like to
know about good deals on hard to find items. Perhaps this is a challenge the
NSRCA leadership could look at for balance.

Good catch Del and thanks Ihncheol for your humble response and apology in
accepting the policy.

Hi John..
When I was invited to join the list by Tom Weedon it was explained to me

that we could post items for sale as long as we didn't have a hobby business

or assist a hobby business sell/promote items on the list. At a time when
the K-Factor is trying recruit advertisers I would think it wise the policy
would stay in effect. But again what do I truly know.
I have apparently annoyed to many that want to keep things as they are
so now be labeled on every one of my posts in the subject line. Guess that
is part of the good ole boy network at work again.
