Although as I said, they have been VERY good at making it right when they screw up. They just have some wrinkles to iron out IMHO. But don't we all? LOL

  I had a really bad experience with them a few years ago and have not purchased anything from them since. I flat out refuse to deal with any company where you cannot reach management with issues.
