Sounds like some had a bad experience. I have been using them for the last 7
years using their web site and have had nothing but excellent service.

I had a really bad experience with them a few years ago and have not
purchased anything from them since. I flat out refuse to deal with any
company where you cannot reach management with issues.

Wow!  What a deal.  It's only missing the fuselage, wings and ailerons.  But
