[NSRCA-discussion] YS 140 Sport Valve failure

Unfortunately this is a nagging quality control issue of YS engines.  I have 
personal seen this happen to the 120's, the 63's and 91AC's.  In all cases 
I've personally been involved in, a return of the defective head to YS 
resulted in a new head at no charge.
