[NSRCA-discussion] Masters Square 8

I'm still unclear as to if there MUST be a minimum 15 meters of level before
and after EACH maneuver....

I can't find it in the rules that its required except before the first
manuever entering the box, and after the last when exiting.

The maneuves in between? its not specified except "equal" entry and exit
level lines for each maneuver, but that does not say the same line length is
required for every maneuver. And, the "minimum" says to me that the lengths
of the scored level entry and exit lines CAN be different.
