Dennis, the 1010C does not need a balancer to work.  Without a Thunder 
Power balancer (205 or 210), it works just like all other lipo 
chargers.  By using a TP balancer with the 1010C you add a bunch of 
features - some safety and some informative.

The 1010C does not have a built in balancer.
