[NSRCA-discussion] Brio Wing Dihedral?

When I measure dihedral I do the same as you with the wings on the tube. 
Then I get the wings at 0 degrees incidence to the table (LE and TE same 
height).  Then I measure the difference between the TE at the root and the 
tip.
