Instead of turning the wing upside down. Try adding tip plates down from the wing tips. Start at 1 1/4 inches below the wing. Have him check the roll coupling if it rolls opposite than before. take off a 1/4 inch each side try it again. try it again etc. if it still rolled in the same direction just less the tip plates will have to be lower than 1 1/4 inches.
