[NSRCA-discussion] New YS ???

So I assume that there is an appreciable performance increase over the 160?

I yearn for the day that YS designs a motor that produces the kind of power we see on 30% but on 15 to 20% nitro. I like to run my 160 on 25%-but still get taunted by the two stroker brigade. And now, the electrics are making that rolling S look almost easy.

I guess Yamada san will fleece me again for minimal performance gain over a 160?

Thanks for any insights.

Tom

170 should start production in early 07. YS is trying to finish fulfilling the back orders of the 160.

Believe me, the motor is powerful, even more so than the 160. I've seen two of them ran at a contest two weeks ago, scary power.
