Keep the numbers and tell us when you need to discard each pack. Then the important information is the average of all 4 packs.

I understand your emphasis on average. I think the average right now is a bit skewed (to the low side) as much of the flying initially was done by guys towards the top of the heat who were testing packs, changing packs frequently (as new versions arrived on the scene), etc, and longevity is bound to suffer at the start of the learning curve.
There is no doubt that running the lipos hot and discharging deeply will decrease the number of cycles. On my lipos I put a "tick" mark on a piece of tape on the lipo after every flight (swiped the idea from Jerry Budd). My four sets of TP5300s all perform equally at this time, and have 90, 83, 32, and 14 cycles on them. After an average PO7, my lipo temps are around 115F, which is substantially cooler than most guys were seeing at the NATs this year (and this is using 3500 - 3800 mah in a 9 minute flight takeoff roll to touchdown). I suspect a number of guys (myself included) will have some packs with well over 100 flights, and maybe close to 200 flights by the end of this summer.

That is why underline AVERAGE. That is the number we need. This is like when we go to las Vegas. We are very open and willing to inform how much we WIN but we never tell how much we loose. Well is also similar to how much we spend in this hobby. I always tell my wife that is cheaper than bars and women but the real number is a secret.

Closer to 220 accumulated from spring of 2005 to spring of 2006, at which time they were shifted to sport use. In any case, I'm not aware of many packs going 200+ flights for pattern use.
