Excellent hint Jim, thanks a lot. Batteries and charger I didn't buy yet as
these will be the very last items I'll get. I was reading most comments made
on this list about LiPos and all related matters. Sure TP ist on the top of
my list.
I might ask you some more questions soon. TIA

One other thought. If you haven't bought a charger and balancer yet, I'd
look at the TP 1010 and 210. They sure look like a great combination to
keep your batteries alive.

Thanks a lot Jim and Earl. I'll be getting the E-Logger. Didn't know this
unit before. Thanks again!

I agree with Earl. If you can't handle the full data logger go for the E
Logger. I understand Eagletree will have a hand held read out device that
will eliminate the need for the laptop.
I also use an Astro Flight Whatmeter or whatever he calls it, but I'm
putting the full Telemetry system in my Impact.

Urs

The Micro-Power E Logger
(http://www.eagletreesystems.com/MicroPower/micro.htm) is worth
consideration. It logs relevant E parameters and has the capability to log
other things as well. At 17 grams and $70 it's a pretty good deal. A
PC/laptop is needed to analyze the data. While I haven't used this
particular unit, I've experience with Eagle Tree Systems other units and
their excellent service.
