PPG Concept curing question

The paint came from Radio South in small metal paint
cans. I picked up some 4oz "Boston" amber glass
bottles to store the paint as pouring the paint in
precise amounts from the cans was difficult at best.
The dried paint I was referring to was paint left in
the cans after I transferred it to the bottles.
