Yes, but it is not "pattern friendly". On my Icepoint pics on my website
you can see what I did. Choose a fin on the head, drill a small hole
through the fin, tap for the #2 sheet metal screw, and tighten it down on
the lug for the ground. I use very small fuel line, about 1/2" long, over
the lug end where the wire is soldered, and it extends about 1/4" over the
wire insulation. Where it ends, I put a single drop of CA on the
insulation/edge of fuel line piece....VERY reliable and flexible connection
that doesn't seem to stress the solder joint.
I have two planes setup like this now....
