Webra 1.45 remote glow

I'm trying to install a remote glow plug on a Webra 1.45. The head seems to 
be insulated from the crank case so the ground does not work when connected 
to a mount lug bolt. The remote works when the plug is touched to the crank 
case, or when the ground is touched to the head. I don't see a way to 
connect the ground to the head.

Anyone have suggestions?
