I use Adaware to fight spyware, AVG Antivirus to fight viruses, CWShredder
to take care of Hijacked web pages, and Download Accelerator to catch little
exe files that tend to slip throught the carcks.
The best part is that they are all free.  I also recommend these to all my
computer clients.
